We are approximately 30 minutes west of 288 in Midlothian, 20 minutes from Farmville, 7 minutes from the Powhatan line, and an hour from Charlottesville. Rural enough for the country feel, close enough to enjoy the drive.

No. All are welcome. There are charges for food, beverages, and special events such as photos with Santa.

All dogs must be leashed. You are responsible to clean up after your dog. Should your dog not behave well, we can ask both you and your dog to vacate the premises.

We welcome children with supervision from an adult. We are a working farm and don’t want to see children get hurt. However, should your child become out of control, disturbing to others or destructive of farm property, we can ask you and your child to leave.

No. Please refrain from smoking or vaping. We like to keep our grounds tidy and be courteous to other guests.

We have restrooms! We may have additional portable restrooms brought in for large events.

Indoors we can seat 400+ depending on seating arrangements. Outside we have space for over 1,000.

We have a large outdoor stage with plenty of electricity. Concert series will begin in April 2025.
