The most wonderful time of the year is almost here, and our fields are ready for you! Spruceberry Farm's Christmas season officially kicks off on Friday, November 27th. Gather your loved ones and make lasting holiday memories by finding your perfect Christmas tree right here on the farm.

What's Growing This Season

We offer both the satisfying "choose-and-cut" experience and the convenience of a pre-cut selection, so there's a perfect tree for every family.

Choose-and-Cut Trees – 5-10 feet

• White Pine: Known for its soft, flexible needles and excellent needle retention, this tree has a pleasant aroma and classic holiday shape.

• Scotch Pine: A sturdy tree with stiff branches, perfect for holding heavier ornaments. Its needles stay on the tree for a long time.

• Virginia Pine: A classic Southern Christmas tree with strong, full branches perfect for your favorite heavy ornaments and a refreshing pine aroma

Fresh Pre-Cut Trees – 7-10 feet

• Fraser Fir: Hand-selected from the mountains of North Carolina, these are the pinnacle of Christmas trees. Beloved for their strong, citrusy scent, beautiful shape, and dark green color with silvery undertones.

At Spruceberry Farm, the joy extends beyond the hunt for the perfect tree. We believe in creating a relaxed, interactive farm experience for the whole family, with plenty of activities and delicious food to enjoy.

• Photos with Santa: Capture a magical moment with Santa himself. Look for specific dates and details on our website!

• Wreath-Making Workshops: Join our experts to craft your own fresh evergreen wreath from farm-sourced fir, pine, and cedar. Enjoy festive refreshments while you work.

• Farm Adventures: Keep the kids entertained with the fan-favorites - Hayrides, Mulch Mountain, corn hole, and pan for treasure at Otto’s Mining Sluice.

• Live Music, Great Food, & Craft Brews: Enjoy live music, delicious farm-to-table food, and our own small-batch craft brews in our indoor and spacious outdoor areas.

• Hours: We're open starting at 9:30 a.m. Friday the 27th. for a full day of festive fun. Check our website for specific dates and time of operation.

• Admission: Admission is free! There are charges for special events and purchases.
